Fore-runners of the most famous sauce of all: Worc estershire sauce, the sauces pictured below were used to flavour and preserve meats. All 9 of the bottles pictured were bought at one time at a show in the U.K., obviously part of a collection, all burst top and all in excellent condition.

Would any U.K. collector like to offer a fore-word to this new (November 2003) section giving us a bit of history?
